本项目是集游乐、观赏、科研、教育多功能为一体的，以陈列展览海洋鱼类为主要特色的蓝色海底世界，全馆占地面积为1.6万平方米，馆内放养着200多种鱼类及其它独特罕见的海洋生物，主要的景观有：海底隧道、深海景观、热带珊瑚缸、珍品缸、触摸池、水母厅、锦鲤池、鲨鱼缸、海狮乐园等，令游人眼界大开，乐而忘返。
